Our Poomsae/Demo Team is a special class focusing on training each belt level poomsaes and creative kicks.
With being a member of our Poomsae/Demo team comes responsibility. You are expected to be at every Poomsae/Demo class. There will be local and national competitions which you are expected to attend.
